Lion Creek was founded by Abe Katz, David Rosenberg and Mark Silbersher – industry veterans with more than 80 years of combined experience and over $100 billion worth of closed transactions.

Our focus is across all commercial real estate asset classes including multifamily, retail, industrial, office and hospitality. We take on projects regardless of their size, with no transaction being too large or too small. We have active dialogue with many capital sources and have successfully placed assignments through savings banks, commercial banks, foreign banks, government agencies, life insurance companies, pension funds, debt funds, CMBS lenders, and opportunity funds. Lion Creek considers its role in the transaction as essential. We realize that it is our responsibility to add value and maximize our clients’ potential. Therefore, prior to accepting an assignment we carefully assess our clients’ needs and objectives so that we can focus on ensuring that our service is customized to the specific set of requirements.
